Terms of Service

The following terms govern all engagements with EGI. By initiating communication, submitting payment, or otherwise engaging services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms in full.




1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

EGI provides high-level concierge services, including consultation, strategic planning, and coordination with third-party venues and vendors. 


We act solely as a liaison and strategic intermediary on behalf of the client and do not own, operate, or control any venue, restaurant, nightlife establishment, or service provider.


All final decisions regarding reservations, entry, pricing, accommodations, and service execution remain at the sole discretion of the respective third-party venue or provider.



SERVICE SCOPE CLARIFICATION

All services provided by EGI are focused on itinerary planning, reservations, curating and managing experiences throughout Phuket, including residence, dining, nightlife, entertainment, miscellaneous services and travel coordination.


To maintain discretion and comply with venue policies and regulatory standards, on-site involvement does not include EGI participation in or presence during certain times or in certain locations.



2. NATURE OF SERVICES (EFFORT-BASED ENGAGEMENT)

All fees are for time, expertise, access, and coordination efforts. While EGI leverages network relationships and operational experience to secure preferred arrangements, specific outcomes, including reservations, entry, or pricing, are not guaranteed.


Services are considered fulfilled once reasonable, documented, and good-faith efforts have been made on the client's behalf.



3. FEES & PAYMENT POLICY

Due to the immediate allocation of time, labour, and proprietary resources, all fees are earned upon receipt and are strictly non-refundable.


This applies regardless of:


  • Final outcomes
  • Changes in client plans
  • Third-party decisions
  • Scheduling conflicts or cancellations



4. VENUE AVAILABILITY & OPERATIONAL CHANGES

EGI is not responsible for circumstances outside of its control, including but not limited to:


  • Venue closures
  • Private buyouts
  • Capacity limitations
  • Policy changes
  • Weather or operational disruptions


Such occurrences do not constitute grounds for refunds, credits, or disputes.



5. THIRD-PARTY COSTS & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

All costs associated with third-party services—including but not limited to:


  • Food and beverage minimums
  • Gratuities
  • Transportation
  • Tickets
  • Venue fees


— are the sole responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.


The client agrees that EGI may collect or hold  payments on behalf of third-party providers.



6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The client agrees to:


  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Ensure all guests comply with legal requirements
  • Adhere to dress codes, age restrictions, and arrival times


Failure to meet these requirements, including late arrivals, denied entry, or no-shows, does not qualify for refunds or service credits.



7. TRANSPORTATION COORDINATION

Transportation arranged by EGI is provided as a referral or coordination service.


Any liabilities will remain solely between the client and the service provider.



8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EGI shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, including but not limited to:


  • Denied entry
  • Reservation changes
  • Personal injury
  • Loss or theft of property
  • Dissatisfaction with third-party services


All services are provided are utilised at the client's discretion.



9. INDEMNIFICATION

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EGI from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:


  • The actions of the client or their guests
  • Interactions with third-party providers
  • Violations of venue/provider policies or applicable laws



10. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By submitting payment, engaging services, or providing written or digital confirmation to proceed, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
